Brief and idea
We agree what the material is for, where it will appear and what it must show.

Script and plan
We prepare the script, storyboard, shot list, locations and schedule, including any drone shots, and arrange casting, voice talent and filming permits through our partners. You approve the plan and the cast before the shoot.

Shoot
We film and photograph to the plan, capturing what each version will need.

Edit and review
We share the edit for your comments. Revision rounds are agreed before work starts.

Deliver versions
We deliver final files sized for each platform, with captions where agreed.

Quantities, formats, timing and review rounds are set for each project and written into the scope before work starts.
Questions before you decide
Can one shoot cover photos, a film and reels?
Often, yes, when they are planned together. The shot list covers every output. What fits into one shoot depends on locations, people and set changes, and we agree it in the plan.
Who arranges actors, voices and filming permits?
We do, through our partners, as part of the shoot plan. You approve who appears and who voices the piece. Permission to film at your own premises comes from your side.
Can you work with footage we already have?
Yes, if the quality allows it and you hold the rights to use it. We can re-edit it, cut new versions or combine it with new material.
