Marketing Analytics & Conversion Optimisation

Numbers you can trust, and tests that act on them.

For businesses running several channels without a shared view of what works. We set up tracking, build one view across channels, find where people drop off and test changes that help them act.

Marketing Analytics & Conversion Optimisation

Who it is for

  • Each channel reports its own results, and the totals do not add up.
  • Forms, calls or orders are not tracked, or are counted twice.
  • The site gets visits, but few enquiries or orders.
  • Leadership asks which channels deserve more budget, and there is no clear answer.

How we work

  1. 01

    Agree the questions

We start from the decisions you need to make and the few numbers that answer them.

  2. 02

    Audit current tracking

We check what is tracked today, what is missing and what is counted wrongly.

  3. 03

    Plan and set up

We write the tracking plan for your approval, then install the tags and conversions ourselves and test them.

  4. 04

    Build the view

We build the dashboard and walk the team through reading it.

  5. 05

    Analyse and test

We find the weak steps in the journey, propose tests, and report each result with what to keep.

What we need from you

  • Access to analytics, ad accounts, website tag manager and the CRM or sales sheet you use
  • What counts as a lead or a sale, agreed with sales
  • Permission to add tags to the website, or a developer contact if access is restricted

Not included in this service

Quantities, formats, timing and review rounds are set for each project and written into the scope before work starts.

What it covers

  • Measurement setup: installing tracking tags such as Google Analytics and ad pixels, and conversion tracking on existing sites and channels
  • UTM and event plan
  • Cross-channel performance dashboards: ads, search, social, email and the website
  • Cross-channel attribution: data from all channels in one place, to see where each sale came from, and the return of each channel
  • Conversion journey analysis
  • CRO tests on pages, forms and offers
  • Implementing test changes on landing pages

What you receive

  • A tracking plan: events, conversions and UTM naming rules
  • Tracking tags installed and checked on the agreed platforms
  • A cross-channel dashboard your team can open any time
  • A journey analysis showing where people drop off
  • A test plan, and a written result for each test

What we work toward

We aim for numbers the team agrees on and decisions based on them. Attribution is an estimate built on the data available: some sales cannot be traced to one channel, and platforms count differently. It is not an exact split, and a test can show that a change did not help. That is still a useful answer.

Questions before you decide

Our ads agency already sends reports. Why add this?

Campaign reports show one channel through its own platform. This service puts ads, website, email and other channels in one view and checks that conversions are counted once and the same way.

How long before a CRO test gives an answer?

It depends on traffic. A page with few visits needs longer, or a bigger change, to show a clear difference. We estimate the duration before starting, and say when traffic is too low for a reliable test.
